Lithium Polymer Battery
Lithium polymer batteries are the second major line of HHS Energy. Unlike the cylindrical and prismatic cells used in the golf cart and storage ranges, polymer cells are pouch cells that can be made in thin, small and special shapes. The company's listed polymer range starts at 7 mAh for its smallest cell and extends through a wide catalogue of small and special-shape cells, with custom voltages from 3.7V upward and a wide capacity range for custom orders. This flexibility is the reason polymer cells appear in devices where space is the constraint: wearables, small consumer electronics, medical devices and compact instruments.
The specification pages on this site cover four polymer cells with full stated specifications: the 401030 at 90 mAh, the 402933 at 320 mAh, the 200911 ultra-small cell at 7 mAh, and the 201034 ultra-thin cell at 40 mAh. All four are 3.7V cells with a protection circuit module, a stated cycle life of 600 cycles or more, and a 7 day lead time. Protection boards stated for the range are DW01 plus 8205 and G3J plus 8205 combinations, and cells can be supplied with leads or connectors.
Beyond the four specification pages, the polymer catalogue includes special series at category level: ultra-thin, mini, curved, round, high-rate and button-shaped cells, and a long list of size codes.
