Golf Cart Battery Pack
A golf cart battery pack is the finished, cased unit that goes into the cart: cells, battery management system, housing, terminals and optional features assembled into one product. HHS Energy lists its golf cart packs in the same four voltage classes as its golf cart battery range, 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V, on lithium iron phosphate cells. The distinction between this page and the golf cart battery category page is one of form: the category page covers the battery line as a whole, while the pack pages describe the finished unit with its stated dimensions, weight and configuration.
The stated platform for the packs is the same as for the battery line: 3,500 cycles, IP65 protection, 0.5C standard and 1.0C fast charging with CC-CV method, 200A discharge current adjustable to requirements, and peak currents of 300A for 45 seconds and 500A for 30 seconds. Temperature ranges are stated as charging 0°C to +45°C, discharging -20°C to +60°C and storage -20°C to +60°C. A charge display, Bluetooth and charger can be included, and the stated warranty is 5 years or more. OEM and ODM configurations are accepted, including optional Bluetooth, buzzer, heating, communication protocols and GPS.
Dimensions and weight differ by voltage class and are stated on each product page: the 36V class at 400 by 332 by 178 mm and about 23 kg, the 48V class at 457 by 332 by 239 mm and about 42 kg, the 60V class at 530 by 332 by 178 mm and about 33 kg, and the 72V class at 608 by 332 by 239 mm and about 62 kg.
