Custom LiPo Battery
Custom LiPo batteries are polymer cells and packs built to a buyer's size, shape, voltage and capacity requirements rather than taken from a standard size list. HHS Energy states custom polymer work across voltages from 3.7V upward and a wide capacity range, with custom shapes including thin, curved, round and mini forms. The starting point for a custom quote is the device: the space available for the cell, the voltage the device needs, the capacity for the required runtime, and the discharge current the device draws.
The stated custom options include battery management systems from 10A to 100A and above, protection boards, and added functions such as charge display, USB charging, communication and balancing. Cells can be supplied with leads or connectors to match the device's connection. The four specification pages on this site show what a finished custom-size cell looks like in practice: the 401030, 402933, 200911 and 201034 cells are all small polymer cells with stated dimensions, capacities, protection boards and cycle life, and they illustrate the size range custom work can cover.
To request a custom LiPo battery, include the maximum dimensions, the required voltage and capacity, the discharge current, the connector type and the expected order quantity. Lead time for polymer cells is stated at 7 days for the listed cells; custom lead time is confirmed with the quote. Minimum order quantity is confirmed on inquiry.
